1What does the subscription fee cover?
Your monthly or annual subscription fee grants you full access to RoomRaccoon's core platform, including the Property Management System (PMS), Channel Manager, Booking Engine, and integrated Payments. Additional upgrades are available based on your selected plan.

Please note that integrated payment transaction fees and RaccoonCardMachine transaction fees are not included in your subscription and will be charged separately.
2What are upgrades, and how do they work?
With the exception of Entry, you can add upgrade tools or integrations to your RoomRaccoon platform subscription. Upgrades are additional tools or integrations that enhance the platform and can include:
  • RoomRaccoon upgrade tools: RaccoonUpsell, RaccoonRev, RaccoonHousekeeping, RaccoonID, RaccoonWhitelabel, RaccoonSite, and RaccoonCardMachine.
  • Third-party integrations: POS providers, Revenue Management Systems, Guest Communication apps, Door Lock/Access providers, Accounting systems, and more from our integrations hub.
3Can I switch between plans?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Alternatively, you may swap out any upgrades in your plan should you wish to try a new tool or integration without upgrading your subscription tier. Subscription downgrades may be subject to the terms of your current agreement.
4Can I get a free trial?
Once you have completed a demo call with an account executive, you can request access to a demo account to test and trial the platform for 14 days. No credit card is required.
5How does onboarding work if I'm new or switching to RoomRaccoon?
RoomRaccoon’s onboarding program is designed to make your transition smooth, whether you're using hotel management software for the first time or switching from another provider. Our dedicated onboarding team will guide you through every step—from data migration and setup to training your team on essential features.
