Apartments am Schlosspark is a historic villa located in the heart of Senftenberg in Germany, just 300 meters from the town's harbor. The owner, Norbert Mergaans, and his family proudly manage luxury apartments featuring 20 rooms. 

This property offers amenities tailored to meet the needs of various guest groups, including families, couples, and business travelers. Guests can enjoy the garden's playground and barbeque area. Bikes are available for hire to explore the ideal Lusatian countryside for hiking and cycling tours.

A Digital Pre-Arrival Experience With Easy Compliance

Challenge

Norbert was looking for a way to remotely manage his apartments. He wanted his guests to be able to use digital solutions for check-in, key handover, and communication. In addition, German law requires Norbert to submit guest reports and tourist tax to the municipality for reporting purposes. This process is quite time-consuming, but it is mandatory.

Solution
