With the integration, hotels can easily process orders on the gastronovi platform and automatically add the charge to the guest folio in the RoomRaccoon PMS – creating a worry-free, streamlined guest experience. Now, guests have the freedom to easily settle their total bill when it’s time to check out.

Moreover, this integration streamlines day-to-day operations for hotel staff through automation. This not only saves time but also minimizes errors, enabling hoteliers to devote more attention to serving their guests effectively.
