FAQs about RoomRaccoon’s Referral Programs
To participate in the RoomRaccoon Hotelier Referral Rewards Program, you must be an active customer and refer a new customer on an annual or monthly contract.
RaccoonRewards are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the program terms. They apply exclusively to referrals who successfully sign a contract. Rewards for annual contracts are issued within 30 days of successful contract signing. For month-to-month contracts, eligibility for the referral payout is granted upon the successful completion of three consecutive monthly billing cycles.

Please note: Only one RaccoonReward may be claimed per referral. Rewards are based on the referrer’s role (Account Owner or Account User) at the time the referral signs up.
Referring a hotelier is easy! Here’s how:
Step 1: Log in to Your RoomRaccoon Account
Once logged in, head to the “Refer and Earn” module on the left panel.
Step 2: Complete the Referral Form
Provide a few details about the property you’re referring to RoomRaccoon, and submit the form.
Step 3: Keep an Eye Out for Your Reward
We’ll let you know once your referral has signed up and your reward is on the way!
To join the RoomRaccoon Commercial Referral Rewards Program, eligible hospitality consultants, agencies, companies, and industry experts must complete an application form. Submission alone does not guarantee acceptance.
Successful applicants will be notified by RoomRaccoon via email, along with a referral program agreement detailing commission structures, lead qualification criteria, and submission guidelines.
