Connecting RoomRaccoon and FLEXIPASS allows guests to transform their devices into digital keys for easy and secure access to rooms, building entrances, elevators, spa rooms, and much more.Â
Modern guest access management is possible with the FLEXIPASS integration for RoomRaccoon.
When a guestroom is ready, you issue a unique and secure mobile key from the RoomRaccoon PMS. The guest receives an email with a unique one-time code and is prompted to download the FLEXIPASS app from the App Store or Google Play and enter the code.Â
The guest uses the app to unlock doors during the length of their stay. When the guest checks out, RoomRaccoon automatically lets FLEXIPASS know, and the key is instantly deactivated.Â
FLEXIPASS packages enable you to customize the app to match your branding, and the exciting technology is compatible with industry-leading door lock providers Assa Abloy, Dormakaba, and Salto.Â
