RoomRaccoon will become the Hotel Management System provider for 360 Stay’s portfolio of serviced apartments and townhouses.

(Edinburgh) 21 August 2023 – RoomRaccoon, a leading hotel management system for independent hotels, has been selected by 360 Stay to streamline its operations across its portfolio of apartments and townhouses in Waterford, Ireland.

The partnership will see RoomRaccoon’s all-in-one platform and key integration partners empower the 360 Stay team with a consolidated platform for the portfolio’s nine unique apartments, studios, townhouses, and restaurant – The 360 Cookhouse.

We were impressed by their ability to seamlessly integrate essential features that our business relies on while providing a user-friendly interface that simplifies complex processes,” says Vivienne Harris, Reservations Manager of 360 Stay.

Efficiently managing booking processes and reservations from a unified platform was a key concern for the 360 Stay team.

Ed Kerr, Market Head of RoomRaccoon UK and Ireland, says: “We are proud to facilitate 360 Stay in centralizing their reservations into a single database. With individual property mapping for OTAs, our channel manager will empower the team to individually market and sell their multiple sites on different sales channels like Booking.com and Airbnb.”

360 Stay will also use RoomRaccoon’s yield management tool and RaccoonRev, the system’s revenue management tool, to automate and optimize its pricing strategy.

A direct, two-way connection with Lightspeed – a leading Point of Sales solution – was essential for the partnership. The integration will empower 360 Stay to consolidate its accounting operations by syncing financial data from its F&B outlets to RoomRaccoon.

“This integration enhances our booking management capabilities and empowers us with a unified solution that merges front-end guest interactions with back-end operations,” says Vivienne Harris.
