Selling The Bliss was bittersweet.

Handing the keys back to its former owner felt like closing a chapter of my life that had shaped me in ways I never expected. I miss it—the guests, the small rituals, even the perfectly folded towels. Because once you’ve been a hotelier, it stays with you.

Even now, when I stay at a hotel, I catch myself straightening the bed and fluffing the pillows. Some habits never fade.

But endings are also beginnings. Now, as the CPO of RoomRaccoon, my world is still deeply connected to hospitality—just in a different way. The Bliss taught me how to think like a hotelier, how to solve problems, and how to always keep the guest experience at the heart of everything. That knowledge fuels me every day as I build solutions that empower ambitious hoteliers to do what they do best.

Looking forward, my advice to anyone dreaming of running a hotel is simple: embrace the chaos, find joy in the small moments, and build a team that makes it all worthwhile.
